Arts we teach
Ziranmen Kung Fu
Ziranmen is an art form that has been taught and passed down via the Ziranmen Martial Art lineage (Zi Ran Men roughly translates to “Nature Boxing” or, more literally, “Nature Gate”). Based on ancient Taoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medical Theory, it combines physical training, Qigong (also Chi Kung), meditation and combat techniques.
Shaolin Liu He Men (Six Harmonies)
The Six Harmonies system is based on the theory of six combinations: internally, cultivate essence, energy and spirit. Externally, cultivate hands, eyes and body. This training aims to develop an ideal state of health, protect the body's energy and attain combat skills. This leads to a superior level of martial arts skill, total freedom of defence, a healthy body and a long life.
Liu He Tang Lang (Mantis)
The special characteristic of this school is its use of continuous vertical (and sometimes horizontal) circles, which permit striking, trapping or defending. This system shares the same philosophy as the Shaolin Six Harmonies system regarding the structure of its movements (the six harmonies) but has a different set of forms and drills.
Silat
Silat is a multifaceted and dynamic martial art that originated in Southeast Asia and has been practised for centuries. Bruneian Silat, also called Northern Borneo Silat, is a distinctive style renowned for its effectiveness in close combat situations. It is a practical form of self-defence that teaches individuals how to protect themselves in real-world scenarios.
Martial Yoga
Martial Yoga is a unique practice that combines Yoga, Qi Gong, and meditation. It involves blending traditional yoga postures and breathwork into the flows, allowing the martial functions and strengths of yogasanas (postures) to manifest in practice.
