Ziran Martial Arts (ZMA) offers classes in Martial Arts (traditional Kung Fu and Silat), Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga. Each discipline is shared by experienced instructors whose skills stem from having trained extensively with renowned masters of these arts.

ZMA strives to create a community in which diverse yet like-minded individuals train together to reach their full potential. We aim to improve emotional, mental and physical health through the practice of martial arts.

Tuesday: 7 pm – 8:30 pm ; Martial Arts (Silat and Kung Fu)

Saturday: 10:30 am – 12 pm; Martial Arts (Silat and Kung Fu)
